The invention relates to the technical field of concrete road and bridge engineering protection, and particularly discloses a long-acting inorganic protective coating as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The long-acting inorganic protective coating is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 5 to 15 percent of silane hybrid modified nano potassium silicate solution, 10 to 25 percent of silane hybrid modified nano silica sol, 5 to 8 percent of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 20 to 30 percent of body filler, 10 to 20 percent of high titanium powder, 0.5 to 5 percent of inorganic color paste, 1 to 5 percent of water repellent, 1 to 5 percent of additive and the balance of first deionized water. The silane modified potassium silicate solution and the silica sol are added, active silicon hydroxyl parts contained in the silane modified potassium silicate solution and the silica sol can be chemically bonded with silicon hydroxyl and calcium ions in concrete, and the adhesive force between the coating and the concrete is remarkably improved; after the coating is dried, a net-shaped semi-permeable coating film is formed on the surface of the concrete and is waterproof and breathable, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged.
