The invention relates to a smoke prevention and exhaust finished hoistway which is assembled by modules, integrates a smoke prevention and exhaust air port and a fire-fighting linkage line, and can also be used for a fresh air and exhaust vertical ventilation hoistway. Particularly, after the technical standard GB51251-2017 of a building smoke prevention and exhaust system is issued and implemented, the smoke prevention and exhaust system is forbidden to adopt a civil engineering shaft, and the inner wall of the shaft adopts a metal pipeline, so that the standard requirement is met. The air duct is applied to a vertical smoke prevention and exhaust system and a vertical new exhaust system of a building, replaces a civil air duct, and is a product which is quick to install, controllable in quality and capable of achieving industrial production, reducing construction procedures, improving work efficiency in a multiplied mode, shortening the construction period and reducing the construction cost at the same time. The method is suitable for both reinforced concrete structure buildings and steel structure buildings, and is also suitable for prefabricated buildings which are positively pushed by building departments.
