Rapid mounting method for box-shaped steel beam
The invention discloses a quick mounting method for a box-shaped steel beam, which comprises the following steps of: (1) processing a lifting lug on the box-shaped steel beam, and mounting a steel beam positioning plate on the upper surface of a lower flange; (2) the lifting lugs are hung through a crane, and the box-shaped steel beam is lifted and then moved to the position between the box-shaped brackets of the two steel columns; (3) slowly releasing the box-shaped steel beam until the steel beam positioning plate is lapped on the lower flange of the box-shaped bracket; and (4) after the box-shaped steel beam is adjusted in the horizontal direction through the crane, the hook of the crane is loosened to be separated from the lifting lug. By means of the arrangement, the two installation positioning plates are arranged on the upper surface of the lower wing plate of the box-shaped steel beam, the overhanging parts of the positioning plates can be used for bearing the weight of the steel beam during installation, a crane can release a hook instantly, the flatness between the box-shaped steel beam and the box-shaped bracket wing edge can be guaranteed, and the elevation accuracy of the steel beam is guaranteed.
