The invention provides eggshell porcelain and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of ceramic processing. The preparation method of the eggshell porcelain comprises the following steps: preparing a ceramic green body raw material and a glaze layer raw material; the ceramic green body is prepared from the following raw materials: 25 to 30 parts of nano ceramic powder, 10 to 15 parts of kaolin, 10 to 15 parts of feldspar, 15 to 25 parts of quartz, 2 to 7 parts of spodumene and 0.1 to 0.5 part of nano tin oxide. The glaze layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of kaolin, 35-45 parts of feldspar, 20-30 parts of quartz, 5-10 parts of talc, 0.5-2 parts of barium carbonate and 2-4 parts of wollastonite. Preparing the ceramic body raw material into a blank, and preparing the glaze layer raw material into glaze; firing the blank into a ceramic body; and after glaze is applied to the ceramic green body, firing is performed to obtain the eggshell porcelain. The eggshell porcelain is thin in thickness, high in transparency, good in toughness and not easy to break.
本发明提供一种薄胎瓷及其制备方法，涉及陶瓷加工技术领域。该薄胎瓷的制备方法包括：备取陶瓷坯体原料和釉层原料。陶瓷坯体原料包括：纳米陶瓷粉25～30份、高岭土10～15份、长石10～15份、石英15～25份、锂辉石2～7份、纳米氧化锡0.1～0.5份。釉层原料包括：高岭土10～15份、长石35～45份、石英20～30份、滑石5～10份、碳酸钡0.5～2份、硅灰石2～4份。将陶瓷坯体原料制成坯料，将釉层原料制成釉料；将坯料烧制成陶瓷坯体；在陶瓷坯体上施加釉料后，烧制得到薄胎瓷。该薄胎瓷的厚度薄，透明度高，且韧性好，不易断裂。
