The construction platform structure comprises two rows of first steel pipe piles arranged at the river bottom at intervals in the arrangement direction of the cast-in-place piles, the two rows of first steel pipe piles are located on the two sides of the arrangement position of the cast-in-place piles respectively, and the two rows of first steel pipe piles are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode; the tops of the first steel pipe piles are exposed out of the water surface. The supporting beams are transversely arranged at the tops of the two corresponding first steel pipe piles; the rails are arranged on the supporting beams in the arrangement direction of the cast-in-place piles, and the rails are located on the two sides of the arrangement position of the cast-in-place piles correspondingly; the platform plates are arranged on the rails in a sliding mode, the two platform plates are symmetrically arranged to bear the pile machine, a gap is formed between the two platform plates to construct cast-in-place piles, the platform plates serve as a platform for drilling machine construction, the whole construction platform structure occupies a small channel space, a construction area does not need to be separated from a water system, and backfill is not needed either. And cleaning of backfill soil in the later period is also omitted.
本发明涉及一种临江混凝土灌注桩的施工平台结构及施工方法,包括:沿灌注桩的排布方向间隔地打设于江底的两排第一钢管桩,两排第一钢管桩分别位于灌注桩排布位置的两侧,两排第一钢管桩一一对应设置,第一钢管桩的顶部露出水面;横向地设于对应的两个第一钢管桩顶部的支撑梁;沿灌注桩的排布方向设于若干个支撑梁之上的一对轨道,一对轨道分别位于灌注桩排布位置的两侧;滑设于轨道之上的平台板,两个平台板对称设置以承托桩机,两个平台板之间形成有一间距以施工灌注桩,平台板作为钻机施工的平台,整个施工平台结构占用航道空间较小,无需将施工区域与水系分隔开,也无需回填土,也免去了后期对回填土的清理。
