The invention provides a construction method of a high-pressure jet grouting pile and a high-pressure jet grouting parameter monitoring system device used in the construction method. The construction method comprises the steps that (1) a foundation is drilled through a drilling machine, and a protection pipe is vertically placed into a drilled hole; (2) the pile machine stretches a jet grouting drill rod into the soil body from the protection pipe, high-pressure water and compressed air are jetted into the soil body in a jet grouting mode through the jet grouting drill rod, the jet grouting drill rod is vertically moved downwards while jet grouting is conducted, and a jet grouting hole site is formed in the soil body; and (3) the high-pressure water is switched into high-pressure slurry and compressed air, the high-pressure slurry and the compressed air are subjected to rotary jet grouting in the rotary jet grouting hole positions through the rotary jet grouting drill rod, the rotary jet grouting drill rod is moved in the vertical direction while rotary jet grouting is conducted, the slurry and the soil body are fully mixed, and a columnar consolidated rotary jet grouting pile is formed in the soil body. By adopting the construction method provided by the invention, the utilization rate of cement paste can be greatly improved, the perpendicularity of the rotary jet grouting drill rod is monitored in real time in the rotary jet grouting process, the pile body is not overlapped, the integrity of the formed rotary jet grouting pile is high, and the quality is guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种高压旋喷桩的施工方法及使用的高压旋喷参数监测系统装置,包括:(Ⅰ)通过钻机对地基进行钻孔,向钻孔内垂直下放防护管;(Ⅱ)桩机将旋喷钻杆由防护管内探入土体,通过旋喷钻杆向土体中旋喷高压水和压缩空气,旋喷的同时竖直向下移动旋喷钻杆,使得土体内形成旋喷孔位;(Ⅲ)将高压水切换为高压浆液和压缩空气,通过旋喷钻杆向旋喷孔位内分别旋喷高压浆液和压缩空气,旋喷的同时在竖直向上移动旋喷钻杆,使得浆液与土体充分混合,在土体中形成柱状固结态的旋喷桩。采用本发明提供的施工方法可以极大地提高水泥浆的利用率,旋喷过程中实现了旋喷钻杆垂直度的实时监测,桩体无搭接,形成的旋喷桩的完整度高,质量有保证。
