The invention provides an assembly structure of a prefabricated shear wall and a floor slab. A first connecting assembly is pre-buried in the lower-layer prefabricated shear wall, the upper end face of a first connecting base of the first connecting assembly is a first contact face, and a limiting protrusion is arranged on the first contact face of the first connecting base. A second connecting assembly is pre-buried in the upper-layer prefabricated shear wall, the lower side of a second connecting seat of the second connecting assembly is a second contact surface, and a limiting groove is formed in the second contact surface; a third connecting assembly is pre-buried in the floor, the upper end face of a third connecting base of the third connecting assembly is a third contact face, a limiting protrusion is arranged on the third contact face, and a plurality of assembling holes are formed in the floor. The lower end of a stud of the bolt assembly penetrates through the second connecting base and the assembling hole and then is in threaded fit with the first connecting base, and the upper end of the stud is matched with the connecting nut. The first connecting assembly, the second connecting assembly and the third connecting assembly are embedded in the upper-layer prefabricated shear wall, the lower-layer prefabricated shear wall and the floor correspondingly, and the first connecting assembly, the second connecting assembly and the third connecting assembly are fixed through bolt assemblies.
