Cast-in-place pile construction technology
The invention discloses a cast-in-place pile construction process. The cast-in-place pile construction process comprises the following steps of construction preparation; fixing a pile position; a steel casing is manufactured and buried, specifically, three points are defined with the pile center short steel bar defined in the step (2) as the circle center and 2-3 times of the hole pile radius as the radius, the short steel bar is inserted to serve as a mark, and the connecting line of the two points is required to penetrate through the pile center; a round pit with the diameter equal to that of the hole pile is dug at first, then the steel casing is hung into the hole, the distances from the outer edge of the casing to the three short steel bar heads are equal, and then gaps between the outer side of the casing and the hole wall are symmetrically and evenly backfilled and tamped with muck around the gaps; drilling tool installation preparation; a drilling machine is in place; building a mud pit for later use; drilling to form a hole; cleaning holes for the first time, and checking and accepting formed holes; manufacturing and installing a reinforcement cage; mounting a guide pipe, and cleaning a hole for the second time; and pouring concrete. According to the cast-in-place pile construction technology, the steel casing can be prevented from deflecting, and the drilling stroke can be adjusted according to different conditions.
本发明公开了一种灌注桩施工工艺,包括以下步骤:施工准备;定桩位;钢护筒的制作及埋设:以步骤(2)定出的桩心短钢筋为圆心,2~3倍的孔桩半径为半径,定出三个点,插短钢筋作为标志,要求其中两点连线穿过桩中心;先挖一个孔桩直径大小的圆坑,再把钢护筒吊放进孔内,使护筒外边缘到到三个短钢筋头的距离相等,然后对称、均匀将护筒外侧与孔壁之间的空隙采用其周围的渣土回填夯实;钻具安装准备;钻机就位;建立泥浆池备用;钻进成孔;第一次清孔,成孔检查验收;钢筋笼制作安装;导管安装、第二次清孔;混凝土浇注。该灌注桩施工工艺可以防止钢护筒偏斜,且根据不同情况调整钻孔冲程。
