The invention belongs to the technical field of cast-in-place pile construction, and discloses a cast-in-place pile construction technology which is accurate in positioning compared with a traditional re-checking method through a pile center centering method and simple and practical in operation compared with positioning re-checking through an instrument, saves manpower, material resources and financial resources, reduces engineering cost, improves engineering construction quality and improves construction efficiency. Multiple purposes are achieved; meanwhile, a reinforcing hole is pre-drilled in the cast-in-place pile in advance through a method for reinforcing the bearing capacity of the cast-in-place pile, and a steel pipe with the depth of the hole is welded on site. When reinforcing construction is carried out, a pre-drilled hole is cleaned through high-pressure jet grouting of cement paste, then a steel pipe is hoisted through a tower crane, the steel pipe can be conveniently placed in the pre-drilled hole by adjusting a steel wire rope of an adjusting and transporting section, and finally secondary grouting is carried out in the hole of the steel pipe, so that the whole reinforcing work can be completed. The method not only has the advantages of being rapid in construction and convenient to install, but also can effectively improve the pile bearing capacity, effectively save the construction period and reduce the construction cost.
