The invention discloses an intercepting net underwater cleaning device which comprises an underwater robot provided with a propeller, and the propeller drives the underwater robot to move in water; and the cleaning device is arranged on the underwater robot and is used for cleaning the intercepting net. Compared with the prior art, in the underwater cleaning device for the intercepting net, the propeller can drive the underwater robot to move in water to the position of the intercepting net to be cleaned, the cleaning device is provided with the manifold and the nozzle which is installed at the tail end of the manifold and keeps the included angle with the manifold, and jet flow leaving the nozzle provides rotating torque for the manifold and generates rotational flow and axial reverse flow; and axial countercurrent generates entrainment to form negative pressure, so that the cleaned intercepting net netting is adsorbed on the cleaning device. The underwater cleaning device for the intercepting net can reduce or replace personnel on-site cleaning operation, reduces manpower and material cost and on-site operation risks, and can adapt to various cold source water environments and working scenes.
