The invention discloses a nodular cast iron pipe thin-wall lining production process which comprises the following steps: metering the dosage of required ultrafine powder, high-alumina cement and sand through a metering system, and stirring the ultrafine powder to form a mixed material I; putting the high-alumina cement into the mixture I, stirring, and adding a proper amount of water source during stirring to form a mixture II; according to the present invention, the method is suitable for the technical field of metallurgy casting, the ultrafine powder is adopted to replace a part of the high-alumina cement, such that the cement mortar pores can be filled so as to provide a certain physical water reducing effect, and the ultrafine powder has characteristics of low price, good water reducing effect, and low cost. According to the present invention, the production cost is effectively reduced, the slump of the concrete can be significantly improved, the slump fluidity of the concrete can be improved, the ultrafine powder is adopted as the additive to replace the high-alumina cement so as to improve the workability of the cement mortar, the crack defect of the high-alumina cement lining is completely eradicated from the source, and the apparent quality of the lining is significantly improved.
本发明公开了一种球墨铸铁管薄壁内衬生产工艺,通过计量系统计量所需超细粉、高铝水泥和砂的配加量,将超细粉搅拌形成混料一;之后将高铝水泥放入混料一搅拌,在搅拌时加入适量的水源,形成混料二;将砂添加搅拌,搅拌时加入所需剩余的水源,形成砂浆配料,本发明适用于冶金铸造技术领域,本发明采用超细粉替代部分高铝水泥,能填充水泥砂浆孔隙,起到有一定的物理减水作用,并且超细粉价格便宜,有效降低生产成本的同时能够显著提高混凝土的坍落度,改善混凝土的坍落度流动性,使用超细粉作为添加剂替代高铝水泥能提高水泥砂浆的和易性,从源头杜绝高铝水泥内衬裂纹缺陷的产生,显著提高内衬表观质量。
