The invention relates to the field of coating materials, and particularly discloses a lining coating of a nodular cast iron pipe and a preparation method of the lining coating. The lining coating comprises a metal substrate layer, an anti-corrosion repairing layer and a hydrophobic blocking layer which are sequentially stacked, and the hydrophobic blocking layer is made of a hydrophobic modified mortar material and comprises hydrophobic cement particles, sepiolite powder and epoxy resin; the anti-corrosion repairing layer is made of a carbon nano tube modified polyurethane material; the material of the metal substrate layer is an alloy powder material and comprises the following raw material components: waste steel powder, high-entropy alloy powder and waste ceramic powder. By means of multi-layer structure combined protection, the problem that in the prior art, the service life of the nodular cast iron pipe is short due to the fact that a coating on the inner wall of the nodular cast iron pipe is poor in corrosion resistance is effectively solved, and new possibility is provided for development of the nodular cast iron pipe.
本发明涉及涂层材料领域,具体公开了一种球墨铸铁管的内衬涂层及其制备方法。本发明所述内衬涂层包括依次叠设的金属基底层、防腐修复层和疏水阻隔层,其中,疏水阻隔层材料为疏水改性砂浆材料,包括如下原料组分:疏水水泥颗粒、海泡石粉和环氧树脂;防腐修复层材料为碳纳米管改性聚氨酯材料;金属基底层材料为合金粉末材料,包括如下原料组分:废钢材粉末、高熵合金粉末和废陶瓷粉末。本发明利用多层结构联合防护的手段,有效解决了现有技术中球墨铸铁管内壁涂层防腐性能差,导致球墨铸铁管服役寿命短的问题,为球墨铸铁管的发展提供了新的可能性。
