The invention discloses a self-compacting concrete conveying and exhausting method and an integrated connector device. The method comprises the following steps that S01, threads at the lower end of a second connector connecting flange located at the top of a steel pipe are connected with a connector connected with a concrete pump, the concrete pump is started, self-compacting concrete is injected behind the wall of the steel pipe, and an exhaust pipe exhausts air in the injection process; s02, concrete enters the cavity through the integrated connector device, along with continuous inrush of the concrete, the concrete is continuously accumulated towards the two sides of the cavity until the cavity is filled, in the concrete injection process, exhaust can be conducted through the exhaust pipe, when the self-compacting concrete reaches the position of the top end waterproof plate, the self-compacting concrete enters from the exhaust pipe and overflows from the 135-degree elbow, and at the moment, the self-compacting concrete enters the cavity from the top end waterproof plate; and concrete pumping is stopped. According to the device, exhaust can be conducted while concrete is injected, concrete input operation and exhaust operation are completed, the situation that the pipe wall of the top of the steel pipe is pressed and deformed due to the fact that gas cannot be exhausted for pressure building is prevented, and the mode is simpler and more labor-saving.
本发明公开了一种自密实混凝土输送排气方法及一体接头装置,该方法步骤如下:S01:位于钢管顶部的接头连接法兰二下端螺纹与连接混凝土泵接头连接,启动混凝土泵,向钢管壁后注入自密实混凝土,注入过程中排气管进行排气;S02:混凝土通过一体接头装置进入到腔洞内,随着混凝土不断的涌入,混凝土向腔洞的两侧不断堆积,直至填满,并且在混凝土注入的过程中,可通过排气管进行排气,当自密实混凝土达到顶端防水板位置时,会从排气管进入从135°弯头溢出,此时,停止泵送混凝土。本发明,能够在注入混凝土的同时进行排气,既完成了混凝土的输入作业,也完成了排气作业,防止因气体无法排出憋压造成钢管顶部管壁受压变形,此种方式更加简单省事。
