The invention provides a preparation method of a nano-modified anti-seepage anti-crack waterproof agent. The nano-modified anti-seepage anti-crack waterproof agent is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: water, methyl silicic acid, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, aluminum potassium sulfate, a silane coupling agent, an organic silicon modified polyurethane emulsion and nano lithium carbonate. The production and preparation method comprises the following steps: adding raw materials in parts by weight, filtering and magnetizing water, adding half of the total amount of water into a container, adding sodium hydroxide, adding methyl silicic acid accounting for half of the total amount, and reacting for 1-2 minutes; adding potassium hydroxide and the rest half of methyl silicic acid, and reacting and stirring for 5 minutes; adding the rest water and nano lithium carbonate, keeping the constant temperature at 95-98 DEG C, and stirring to react for 1-1.5 hours; cooling to 40-50 DEG C, adding a silane coupling agent and aluminum potassium sulfate, and stirring to react for about 0.5 hour; adding the organic silicon modified polyurethane emulsion, stirring and reacting for 15-30 minutes, and filtering to obtain a finished product. The waterproof agent not only has permeability and can permeate into capillary pores of cement to form crystals, but also has an elastic function of a coating film, has an anti-cracking effect, and is good in waterproofness and high in ageing resistance, thereby being a novel waterproof material with both hardness and softness.
本发明提供了一种纳米改性防渗抗裂防水剂的制备方法,它是由下述材料按重量份组成:水、甲基硅酸、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、硫酸铝钾、硅烷偶联剂、有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液、纳米碳酸锂。生产制备方法如下:按重量份加入原料,先将水过滤磁化后,加总量一半的水到容器中,加入氢氧化钠,再加入占总量二分之一的甲基硅酸,反应1‑2分钟;再加入氢氧化钾,剩余二分之一的甲基硅酸,反应搅拌5分钟后;加入剩余的水,纳米碳酸锂,恒温在95‑98℃,搅拌反应1‑1.5小时;再降温到40‑50℃,加入硅烷偶联剂,硫酸铝钾搅拌反应0.5小时左右;再加入有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液搅拌反应15‑30分钟,过滤即得成品。该防水剂不仅具有渗透性,能渗透到水泥的毛细孔形成结晶体,而且涂膜富有弹张功能具有防开裂效果,防水性好、抗老化能力强,是一款刚柔并济的新型防水材料。
