The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses recycled aggregate concrete and a preparation method thereof.The recycled aggregate concrete is prepared from cement, fly ash, modified recycled coarse aggregate, recycled fine aggregate, river sand, water, a silane coupling agent, a water reducing agent, a tackifier and epoxy resin; the modified recycled coarse aggregate is prepared by soaking a recycled coarse aggregate in a calcium hydroxide solution and then carbonizing, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing: mixing the modified recycled coarse aggregate with a recycled fine aggregate, adding fly ash and river sand, and then adding water and cement to obtain a mixture; and adding an additive: adding epoxy resin into the mixture, mixing, adding a silane coupling agent, adding a water reducing agent and a tackifier, and finally adding organic carboxylic acid to obtain the anti-crack concrete. The method has the advantage of improving the crack resistance of the recycled aggregate concrete.
