本发明提供了一种玻璃纤维短切毡、复合板材及制备方法,该玻璃纤维短切毡包括玻璃纤维短切原丝和热塑性结合剂。其中,玻璃纤维短切原丝经热塑性结合剂粘结,且热塑性结合剂的质量占玻璃纤维短切毡质量的20%~70%。本发明通过采用热塑性结合剂作为粘结剂,且质量占比较大,有利于提高玻璃纤维短切毡表面的平整度和光洁度,又因该热塑性结合剂流动性好,因此可直接用于模压而形成复合板材,无需再添加其他任何粘结剂,做到了节能环保。除此之外,热塑性结合剂可回收使用,制得的玻璃纤维短切毡具有一定的环保意义。
