本发明涉及桥梁预制拼装领域,具体地说是一种分片预制拼装盖梁的连接构造及其施工方法。当盖梁沿顺桥向分为两片预制、通过湿接缝连接时,湿接缝设在盖梁顶部、横桥向的端部,将预制盖梁连接为整体,共同承担使用荷载的作用。湿接缝预留钢筋布置在预制盖梁主体结构的外表面侧,预制盖梁无须大量开凹槽,方便盖梁预制及现场湿接缝施工。如采用湿接缝开凹槽的形式,将影响预制盖梁沿长度方向的预应力钢束和钢筋布置,同时,开凹槽形式的模板、大量的预留钢筋孔洞,增加了施工的复杂性。本发明基于避免沿盖梁长度方向布置凹槽的设想,将湿接缝设在预制盖梁结构主体的表面侧,预制盖梁的钢筋和预应力布置不受湿接缝影响,提高工效,施工质量容易保证。
