The invention discloses an assembly type fragment bent cap connecting structure and a construction method. The assembly type fragment bent cap connecting structure comprises at least two fragments. During construction, all the fragments are sequentially erected in the width direction; in every two adjacent sub-sheets, one sub-sheet which is erected firstly is connected with the other sub-sheet which is erected later through a hinge joint structure located at the upper end of the connecting surface; each hinge joint structure comprises a first notch, a plurality of short U-shaped steel bars, a second notch, a plurality of long U-shaped steel bars and a high-strength and high-toughness concrete material; the two straight ends of each long U-shaped steel bar are parallel to the width direction of the cover beam and are embedded in the corresponding blocks, and the arc-shaped ends of the long U-shaped steel bars extend into the range of the corresponding first notches and are in lap joint with the arc-shaped ends of the short U-shaped steel bars at the corresponding positions. When all the fragments are erected, the long U-shaped steel bars and the short U-shaped steel bars are aligned and in lap joint, and finally high-strength and high-toughness concrete materials are poured. The application of the method can greatly reduce the weight of the prefabricated segments of the bent cap, and obviously reduce the transportation and hoisting difficulty.
本发明公开了装配式分片盖梁连接构造及施工方法,包括最少两个分片;在施工时,所有分片沿宽度方向依次架设;在每两个相邻的分片中,先架设的一个分片与后架设的另一个分片之间均通过位于相接面上端的铰缝结构连接;每一铰缝结构均包括:第一槽口及若干短U型钢筋,第二槽口及若干长U型钢筋,及高强、高韧性混凝土材料;每一长U型钢筋的两个直端均与盖梁的宽度方向平行设置,并埋设在相应的分块内,弧形端均延伸至相应的第一槽口的范围内与相应位置的短U型钢筋的弧形端搭接。架设所有分片时,使长U型钢筋均与短U型钢筋对齐并搭接,最后浇筑高强、高韧性混凝土材料。本发明的应用能够大幅度降低盖梁预制节段重量,显著降低运输和吊装难度。
