The invention discloses a preparation method of antibacterial powder for glaze, which comprises the following steps: precipitating metal ions and zirconium ions in an alkaline solution to form a mixed hydroxide, then mixing the mixed hydroxide with porous silicon dioxide, and calcining to obtain zirconium silicate coated nano metal oxide; the zirconium silicate coated nano metal oxide is zirconium silicate coated zinc oxide or/and zirconium silicate coated copper oxide; and mixing the zirconium silicate coated nano metal oxide with composite antibacterial powder to obtain a finished product. The antibacterial powder for glaze provided by the invention has the advantages of high-temperature stability and good antibacterial property, and the obtained glaze has good color development, soft, moist and fine hand feeling and good antifouling property.
本发明公开了一种釉用抗菌粉的制备方法，包括以下步骤：将金属离子、锆离子在碱溶液中沉淀并形成混合氢氧化物，然后与多孔二氧化硅混合并煅烧，得到硅酸锆包裹型纳米金属氧化物，所述硅酸锆包裹型纳米金属氧化物为硅酸锆包裹型氧化锌或/和硅酸锆包裹型氧化铜；将所述硅酸锆包裹型纳米金属氧化物与复合抗菌粉料混合，得到成品。本发明提供的釉用抗菌粉具有高温稳定性、抗菌性能好的优点，且得到的釉面发色好、手感柔润细腻，防污性能佳。
