The device comprises a box girder body, a first positioning frame and a second positioning frame are assembled on the outer surface of the box girder body, fixing frames are assembled in the two positioning frames, L-shaped plates installed on one sides of the two positioning frames are movably connected with the box girder body in a clamped mode, and positioning side plates assembled at the lower ends of the two positioning frames abut against the inclined side face of the box girder body. When the positioning device is used, the two ends of the box girder main body are clamped and fixed through the two sets of positioning frames and the L-shaped plates, and the side face of the bottom end of the box girder main body is clamped through the positioning side plates, so that the safety in the hoisting process is improved; and in the positioning and clamping process, the box girder main body does not need to be lifted for binding and fixing operation.
