The invention relates to the field of asphalt pavement maintenance, in particular to a water-excited reactive asphalt cold patch material, which is composed of a cold patch liquid material, a mineral aggregate and a curing agent, the cold patch liquid material comprises 80-120 parts by mass of petroleum asphalt, 20-60 parts by mass of water-borne epoxy resin, 5-10 parts by mass of a compatibilizer, 30-60 parts by mass of a filler, and 8-25 parts by mass of a tackifier; the mass ratio of the liquid material to the mineral aggregate is (4-7): 100, and the mass ratio of the curing agent to the liquid material is (1-3): 14. After the cold patch material encounters water, the curing agent component can be dissolved, in the compaction process, the curing agent component and waterborne epoxy are fully mixed and then react, amino and epoxy groups in the curing agent component are subjected to ring opening polymerization, a cross-linked network is formed, and the strength and water resistance of a system are rapidly improved.
本发明涉及沥青路面养护领域,尤其是一种水激发反应性沥青冷补料,由冷补液料、矿料和固化剂组成,所述的冷补液料包括80‑120质量份的石油沥青、20‑60质量份的水性环氧树脂、5‑10质量份的增容剂、30‑60质量份的填料、8‑25质量份的增粘剂;所述液料与矿料的质量比为4‑7:100,固化剂与液料的质量比为1‑3:14。本发明的冷补料遇到水后,固化剂组分会被溶解,在压实过程中,固化剂组分与水性环氧充分混合,进而发生反应,固化剂组分中的氨基与环氧基进行开环聚合,形成交联网络,迅速提高体系的强度与耐水性。
