The invention relates to the field of asphalt pavement maintenance, in particular to a water-excited rapid-hardening asphalt cold-patch material which is composed of a cold-patch liquid material and mineral aggregate, and the cold-patch liquid material comprises 40-80 parts by mass of petroleum asphalt, 10-20 parts by mass of a diluent, 10-25 parts by mass of epoxidized rubber, 1-3 parts by mass of ferric trichloride hexahydrate and 8-18 parts by mass of fiber; and the mass ratio of the cold liquid supplementing material to the mineral aggregate is (7-10): 100. According to the water-excited rapid-hardening asphalt cold patch material disclosed by the invention, a process of firstly watering and then compacting is adopted, so that rapid hardening of the cold patch material can be realized, and the water-excited rapid-hardening asphalt cold patch material has the performance far higher than that of a traditional cold patch material and also has excellent recoverable performance; reversible fracture and reconstruction of metal ion coordinate bonds can enable the cold patch material to be regenerated and recycled in a thermal regeneration mode, and the resource utilization rate is higher.
本发明涉及沥青路面养护领域,尤其是一种水激发快硬型沥青冷补料,由冷补液料和矿料组成,所述的冷补液料包括40‑80质量份的石油沥青、10‑20质量份的稀释剂、10‑25质量份的环氧化橡胶、1‑3质量份的六水合三氯化铁、8‑18质量份的纤维;所述的冷补液料液料与矿料的质量比为7‑10:100。本发明的水激发快硬型沥青冷补料采用先浇水后压实的工艺,可以实现冷补料的快速硬化,具有远高于传统冷补料的性能,还具有优异的可回收再生的性能:由于本发明中交联网络是依靠配位键形成的,金属离子配位键的可逆断裂与重构可以使冷补料以热再生的方式进行再生回收,具有更高的资源利用率。
