The invention discloses a double-tunnel single-shaft shield launching rail system and a construction method thereof, the system comprises two reverse rails which are launched from a single shaft and are coaxial and opposite to the tunneling direction of two rails to be tunneled, and the length of the reverse rails is not less than the sum of the length of a shield tunneling machine and the length of a transport vehicle; the inclined channel is communicated between the two reverse rails, and the distance between a fork where the inclined channel and the two reverse rails intersect and the single vertical shaft is not smaller than the length of the shield tunneling machine; the shield tunneling machine rails are arranged in the two reverse rails; and the transport vehicle track is arranged in the two reverse tracks and the inclined channel. According to the double-tunnel single-shaft shield launching rail system and the construction method thereof, the problem of double-shield launching under the condition that tunnel construction does not have station launching is effectively solved. Particularly, the invention provides a single well originating track arrangement method without large-area excavation when a large-range excavation condition is not met due to limitation of ground conditions instead of station originating.
本发明公开了一种双隧洞的单竖井盾构始发轨道系统及其施工方法,系统包括:两条反向轨道,始发于单竖井,与两条待掘进轨道的掘进方向同轴线且方向相反,反向轨道长度不小于盾构机长度与运输车长度之和;斜通道,连通于两条反向轨道之间,斜通道与两条反向轨道相交的岔道口距离单竖井的长度不小于盾构机长度;盾构机轨道,布设于两条反向轨道中;运输车轨道,布设于两条反向轨道以及斜通道中。本发明双隧洞的单竖井盾构始发轨道系统及其施工方法,有效解决隧道施工不具备车站始发的条件下的双盾构始发问题。特别是对于非车站始发,而由于地面条件限制不具备大范围开挖条件时,本发明提供一种不需要大面积开挖的单井始发的轨道布置方法。
