Shield tunnel segment structure and vertical shaft connecting joint and construction method thereof
The invention provides a shield tunnel segment structure and vertical shaft connecting joint which comprises a flexible filling layer arranged between a segment structure and a vertical shaft wall, a cast-in-place tunnel portal ring beam, a bolt hole pre-buried in the tunnel portal ring beam and a connecting bolt connected with the bolt hole in a matched mode, and an inner ring steel plate is pre-buried in the end face, facing the tunnel portal ring beam, of the segment structure. An outer ring steel plate is embedded in the end face, facing the portal ring beam, of the vertical shaft wall, one end of each bolt hole is fixed to an inner ring steel plate, and the inner ring steel plate is connected with the portal ring beam through connecting bolts. By forming the semi-flexible and semi-rigid connecting joint of the shield tunnel and the vertical shaft, the purposes of reducing the seismic response of the connecting joint of the shield tunnel and the vertical shaft and limiting the seismic deformation within an allowable range are achieved. The invention further provides a construction method of the shield tunnel segment structure and vertical shaft connecting joint.
本发明提供一种盾构隧道管片结构与竖井连接节点,包括设于管片结构与竖井壁间的柔性填充层、现浇的洞门环梁、预埋于洞门环梁内的螺栓孔、与螺栓孔配合连接的连接螺栓,管片结构朝向洞门环梁的端面预埋内环钢板,竖井壁朝向洞门环梁的端面预埋外环钢板,螺栓孔一端固定于内环钢板上,内环钢板通过连接螺栓与洞门环梁连接。本发明通过形成盾构隧道与竖井半柔半刚连接节点,达到既减少盾构隧道与竖井连接节点地震响应,又将地震变形量限制在允许范围内的目的。本发明还提供一种盾构隧道管片结构与竖井连接节点的施工方法。
