The invention has the advantages that the template system is assembled by bolting, so that the template system is easy to mount and dismount; the formwork system is high in rigidity, and the high-standard waterproof requirement of the pipe gallery and the construction quality of concrete are facilitated; the walking system is pushed by a power trolley to walk, a pipe gallery pouring section adopts pulleys as rails, a non-concrete-pouring section adopts steel pipe supports and longitudinal and transverse beams as rails, and intelligent walking of the outer mold system is facilitated.
