Abstract

The invention discloses a grouting sleeve capable of adjusting the installation elevation of a prefabricated concrete vertical component and application, and belongs to the technical field of civil engineering, the grouting sleeve comprises a grouting sleeve body and a straight thread sleeve, the grouting sleeve body is a semi-grouting sleeve with a totally-closed side wall, and a sleeve external thread is arranged on the outer side wall of a grouting section of the grouting sleeve body; an internal thread is arranged in the straight thread sleeve and matched with the sleeve external thread, and the sleeve external thread section of the grouting sleeve body is screwed into the straight thread sleeve. The external threads are arranged on the outer side wall of the grouting section of the semi-grouting sleeve with the totally-closed side wall in a threading manner, and the sleeve for mechanical connection of the reinforcing steel bars is additionally arranged outside the semi-grouting sleeve, so that the grouting sleeve has the function of adjusting installation elevation bolts of a prefabricated concrete vertical component, double purposes are achieved, working procedures and material consumption are reduced, efficacy is improved, and cost is reduced; the method has good feasibility.

一种可调预制混凝土竖向构件安装标高的灌浆套筒及应用，属于土木工程技术领域，包括灌浆套筒本体和直螺纹套筒，所述灌浆套筒本体为侧壁全封闭的半灌浆套筒，灌浆套筒本体灌浆段的外侧壁设置有套筒外螺纹；所述直螺纹套筒的内部设置有内螺纹，且内螺纹与套筒外螺纹相配合，灌浆套筒本体的套筒外螺纹段旋入直螺纹套筒中。本发明在侧壁全封闭的半灌浆套筒灌浆段外侧壁车丝设置外螺纹，在其外部增设钢筋机械连接用套筒，使灌浆套筒兼具调节预制混凝土竖向构件安装标高螺栓的功能，实现一件双用，减少工序和材料消耗，提高功效降低成本，具有很好的可行性。
