The inclination angle is accurately measured through the lead weight structure, inclination angle information is collected through the signal transmitter and fed back to the computer, and the computer calculates and feeds back to the display screen through a simple program so as to assist leveling of the level gauge and measurement of the inclination angle of the horizontal plane.
