Super-hydrophobic coated steel bar and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a super-hydrophobic coated steel bar. A super-hydrophobic corrosion inhibitor hydrotalcite film grows on the surface of the steel bar in situ. The invention also provides a preparation method of the super-hydrophobic coated steel bar, which comprises the following steps: preparing an aqueous solution of aluminum nitrate, magnesium nitrate and sodium tetraborate, adjusting the pH value with urea, and stirring until the solution is stable; pouring the solution into a hydrothermal kettle, drying the reinforcing steel bar, putting the reinforcing steel bar into the hydrothermal kettle, immersing the reinforcing steel bar in the solution, heating the reinforcing steel bar to 120 DEG C, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction at the temperature for 12-24 hours to obtain the reinforcing steel bar on which the corrosion inhibitor-loaded hydrotalcite grows; and soaking the reinforcing steel bar in 0.05 mol/L sodium laurate solution at 45 DEG C for 3-6 hours to obtain the reinforcing steel bar with super-hydrophobic corrosion inhibitor hydrotalcite growing on the surface. The super-hydrophobic corrosion inhibitor hydrotalcite film grows on the surface of the steel bar in situ, so that the corrosion resistance of the steel bar is improved, and the durability of the steel bar is improved.
本发明提供了一种超疏水覆膜钢筋,钢筋表面原位生长有超疏水的缓蚀剂水滑石薄膜。本发明还提供了一种超疏水覆膜钢筋的制备方法,配制硝酸铝、硝酸镁和四硼酸钠的水溶液,并用尿素调节pH,搅拌至溶液稳定;将上述溶液倒入水热釜中,钢筋干燥后也放入水热釜中,使其被溶液浸没,升温至120℃,并在该温度下水热反应12~24h后得到生长有负载缓蚀剂水滑石的钢筋;将上述步骤的钢筋浸泡在45℃的0.05mol·L‑1月桂酸钠溶液中3~6h后,得到表面生长有超疏水缓蚀剂水滑石的钢筋。通过对钢筋表面原位生长超疏水的缓蚀剂水滑石薄膜,提高钢筋的耐腐蚀性,从而提高其耐久性。
