Early-strength anti-cracking composite functional additive
The invention discloses an early-strength anti-cracking composite functional additive. The additive comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 85-93% of a composite fiber component; 4-9% of an internal curing agent component; 2-7% of a sepiolite component, wherein the composite fiber component is a mixture of whiskers and synthetic fibers; the component of the internal curing agent is super absorbent resin; the sepiolite component is sedimentary type aluminum-rich sepiolite. The additive can homogenize the internal structure of the cement-based material to a certain extent, meanwhile, cement components in the cement-based material are promoted to be further hydrated, the internal structure of the material is compacted, and the mechanical property and the crack resistance of the material are finally comprehensively improved under the multi-dimensional toughening effect of the composite fiber components. The fracture resistance and compressive strength of different cement-based materials within 1-3 days can be improved by 15-40%. The additive is wide in component source and reasonable in price, can play a role after being added when the cement-based material is mixed and uniformly stirred, and is convenient to use.
