The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and provides a self-purification regenerated fiber gypsum board and a preparation method thereof. The gypsum board provided by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials: a dry material, water, a water reducing agent and a retarder, the dry material is prepared from the following components: gypsum, white cement, anatase type TiO2 and regenerated glass fiber. The regenerated glass fiber is adopted to toughen a common building gypsum board, and a proper amount of white cement is added to improve the strength and water resistance of the gypsum board and improve the moisture resistance and crack resistance of the gypsum board. Meanwhile, by adding anatase type TiO2, pollutants such as dust and organic matters adhered to the surface of the gypsum board can be effectively decomposed under the action of ultraviolet light, and a self-purification effect is achieved. Furthermore, a silver-zinc composite antibacterial agent and anatase type TiO2 are added for cooperative use, so that the self-purification capacity of the gypsum board is further improved.
