Recycling method of honeycomb ceramic waste
The invention discloses a method for recycling honeycomb ceramic waste. The method comprises the following steps: collecting leftover waste generated in the process of producing silicon carbide honeycomb ceramic; the leftover materials are crushed; adding deionized water, and kneading in kneading equipment; adding a plasticizer; then dispersing the pug by using an oil lubricant; the honeycomb ceramic is prepared by a normal honeycomb ceramic pug preparation process, and is finally sintered to 900-1400 DEG C. The invention provides a recycling method for the unsintered national six silicon carbide honeycomb ceramic waste, the plasticity of the honeycomb ceramic pug is recovered by adjusting plastic components in the waste, and the honeycomb ceramic pug can be recovered to a smooth shaping state; and after a honeycomb ceramic product preparation process, the requirements of a national V non-road particle complementing and collecting device are met.
本发明公开了一种蜂窝陶瓷废料的回收利用方法,包括以下步骤:收集在生产碳化硅蜂窝陶瓷过程中产生的边角废料;将边角废料进行破碎;加入去离子水,并在捏合设备中捏合;添加塑性剂;然后油类润滑剂,对泥料进行分散;以正常蜂窝陶瓷泥料制备工艺进行制备,并最终烧至900~1400℃。本发明针对未烧结的国六碳化硅蜂窝陶瓷废料提供了一种回收利用的方法,本方法通过对废料当中提供塑性的成分进行调整,恢复蜂窝陶瓷泥料的塑性,使其能恢复到流畅进行塑形的状态;并通过蜂窝陶瓷产品制备流程后,达到国五非道路颗粒补集器的要求。
