The invention discloses an underpass high-speed bridge construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, leveling a bridge construction site, backfilling a pond in the bridge construction site to form a working surface, and reinforcing existing structures around a bridge; s2, cast-in-situ bored pile construction is conducted on the working face; s3, after construction of the cast-in-situ bored pile is completed, construction of a ground tie beam is conducted; s4, after construction of the ground tie beam is completed, construction of a pier column is conducted; s5, after construction of the pier columns is completed, construction of top straining beams is conducted in sequence; and S6, after construction of the top straining beam is completed, cast-in-place box girder construction is conducted. The invention provides a construction method for underneath passing a high-speed bridge. The construction safety and quality are guaranteed.
