Intelligent deicing system for bridge stay cable
The bridge stay cable intelligent deicing system comprises a deicing ring which is arranged on a stay cable in a sleeving mode, and a brush making contact with a stay cable protection sleeve is arranged on an inner ring of the deicing ring; the take-up and pay-off machine is connected with the deicing ring through a rope; the thrust applying assembly is located between the retracting and releasing power machine and the deicing ring and comprises two circular rings arranged on the stay cable in a sleeving mode and a plurality of springs connecting the two circular rings, and one of the two circular rings is connected with the deicing ring; the micro-control unit is connected with the winding and unwinding machine; during deicing operation, when the deicing ring is located at the bottom end of the stay cable, the micro-control unit controls the take-up and pay-off machine to pull the deicing ring to the top end of the stay cable through the rope; when the deicing ring is located at the top end of the stay cable, the micro-control unit controls the take-up and pay-off power machine to be in a neutral position so as to release the deicing ring, and the deicing ring slides down along the stay cable under the action of gravity. According to the invention, it can be ensured that large ice cannot appear on the stay cable of the bridge in winter, and the traffic safety of the bridge is improved.
