Three sets of liquid air bags are fixedly connected to the upper portion of the base body, the volumes of the three sets of liquid air bags are gradually increased in the direction away from the lifting base, and two front wheel speed reduction rollers used for abutting against front wheels and enabling the front wheels to idle are further arranged on the upper portion of the base body. A front wheel speed reduction roller is arranged between every two adjacent liquid air bags. By arranging the liquid air bag, when an automobile collides with the liquid air bag, kinetic energy of the automobile can be absorbed by the liquid air bag.
