The invention relates to the field of road and bridge engineering, in particular to a road steel trestle pipe pile rock-entering construction method which is simple in operation procedure, efficient and reliable and comprises the following steps that a, first-time initial inserting and driving are carried out, and a steel pipe pile enters a river bed rock layer to be fixed; b, secondly, a percussion drill is used for impacting a riverbed rock layer from the interior of the steel pipe pile to form a hole channel till the designed rock entering depth is reached, and slag is removed; c, secondary inserting and driving of the steel pipe pile are conducted, and it is ensured that the bottom of the steel pipe pile reaches the bottom elevation position of the guide hole channel; d, the steel pipe pile is filled with graded broken stone through a funnel, the filled graded broken stone is impacted, extruded and compacted through an impact hammer, pile bodies and hole positions are compactly filled, and the stability of a steel pipe pile foundation is ensured; and e, structural construction of a steel pipe pile connecting rod system, a steel pipe pile top bearing beam, a supporting cross beam, a bailey beam supporting frame, a formed bridge deck slab and a handrail is conducted on the steel pipe piles. And the device is particularly suitable for the construction of the steel trestle pipe pile entering rock.
