The invention provides a construction method of a reusable steel hanging box without bottom sealing concrete, which comprises the following steps: firstly, welding a back pressure support frame at the upper end of a prefabricated steel hanging box, hoisting through hoisting equipment, lowering the steel hanging box to a designed elevation, and then welding and fixing the back pressure support frame and temporary platform steel pipe piles at the two ends of the back pressure support frame; installing an air bag in a sealing groove between the steel hanging box and the pile foundation, and injecting compressed gas into the air bag to enable the air bag to seal a gap between a bottom plate of the steel hanging box and the pile foundation; and water in the cofferdam is pumped out, cutting, pile head chiseling and pier column construction are conducted, finally, the air bag is removed, the back pressure supporting frame is cut, and the pressure supporting frame and the steel hanging box are hung out together. The steel hanging box provided by the invention is rapid in installation, material-saving and good in safety, solves the problems of long construction period, concrete bottom sealing, water leakage and the like of a traditional steel sheet pile cofferdam and a steel sleeve box cofferdam, and is very good in universality due to the fact that all materials can be reused.
本发明创造提供了一种无封底混凝土可重复利用的钢吊箱施工方法,先将预制的钢吊箱上端焊接反压支撑架,通过吊装设备实施吊装,并将钢吊箱下放至设计标高,之后将反压支撑架与其两端的临时平台钢管桩焊接固定;然后在钢吊箱与桩基础间的密封槽内安装气囊,之后向气囊内注入压缩气体,使气囊密封钢吊箱底板与桩基础间缝隙;将围堰的水抽干,进行切除、凿桩头、墩柱施工,最后撤除气囊,切割反压支撑架,将压力支撑架和钢吊箱一同吊出。本发明提供的钢吊箱安装快速,节约材料,安全性好,解决了传统的钢板桩围堰和钢套箱围堰施工周期长、混凝土封底、漏水等问题,且全部材料均可重复利用,通用性也非常好。
