The invention discloses a construction waste regenerated light inner partition wall board which comprises base bodies, regenerated fiber layers and a sandwich layer, the regenerated fiber layers are arranged at the two ends of the sandwich layer respectively, and one base body is arranged on the outer side of each regenerated fiber layer; the base body comprises a first main material and an additive, the first main material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 22-55% of first gypsum, 3-8% of a rubber reinforcing agent and 42-70% of construction waste recycled aggregate, and the additive accounts for 0.35-1.2% of the first gypsum; the regenerated fiber layer is bonded on the transition interface between the sandwich layer and the matrix, and the addition amount is 95-145 g/m < 2 > of the transition interface area; the sandwich layer comprises a second main material and a tackifier, and the second main material comprises, by volume, 25-32% of second gypsum, 25-48% of waste foam concrete particles and 23-45% of waste EPS particles; the dosage of the tackifier is 0.1-1.2% of the weight of the second gypsum. According to the invention, the production process of the light internal partition wall board is improved, and the regeneration of the construction waste and the collaborative recycling of the industrial waste residue are realized.
本发明公开了一种建筑垃圾再生轻质内隔墙板,包括基体、再生纤维层、夹心层,在夹心层的两端分别设有再生纤维层,每个再生纤维层的外侧均设有一个基体;基体包括第一主料和外加剂,其中第一主料按照重量比例计包括22‑55%的第一石膏、3‑8%的胶材增强剂、42‑70%的建筑垃圾再生骨料,外加剂的用量为第一石膏的0.35‑1.2%;夹心层与基体过渡界面粘结再生纤维层,添加量为95‑145g/m2过渡界面面积;夹心层包括第二主料和增粘剂,其中,第二主料按照体积比例计包括25‑32%的第二石膏、25‑48%的废弃泡沫混凝土颗粒、23‑45%的废弃EPS颗粒;增粘剂的用量为第二石膏重量比例的0.1‑1.2%。本发明改善了轻质内隔墙板的生产工艺,实现了建筑垃圾再生与工业废渣的协同资源化。
