The invention relates to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of construction waste, in particular to a construction waste regenerated light internal partition wall board and a preparation method thereof.The light internal partition wall board comprises a framework and a surface layer covering the outer side of the framework, and the framework is formed by mixing wood and plastic slices in construction waste into resin to be cured; and the surface layer is formed by crushing and mixing waste bricks, concrete and glass as fine aggregate, doping the fine aggregate into the concrete and then curing. The wood and plastic slices are wrapped by the resin, the framework of the light internal partition wall board is formed, and the structural strength of the framework is improved through the wood and plastic slices; waste bricks, concrete and glass are crushed and mixed to serve as fine aggregate, the fine aggregate is mixed into concrete slurry to be cured and formed, and the fine aggregate serves as a surface layer wrapping the outer side of a framework. Therefore, wood, plastic, waste bricks, concrete and glass which account for a large amount in the construction waste are fully utilized to manufacture the light internal partition wall board.
