Abstract

The invention discloses an aluminum-chromium plastic refractory for a hazardous waste incinerator, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of 3-5mm 86 bauxite, 24 parts of 1-3mm 86 bauxite, 18 parts of 0-1mm 86 bauxite, 15 parts of 200-mesh 86 bauxite, 4 parts of 48-mesh kyanite, 10 parts of 5-micron calcined alumina micropowder, 5 parts of chromium oxide green powder, 3 parts of bentonite, 1 part of aluminum phosphate gel preservative and 10-15 parts of 75% phosphoric acid solution. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the aluminum-chromium plastic refractory for the hazardous waste incinerator. By adding the aluminum phosphate gel and the modified bentonite, the storage property of the aluminum-chromium plastic material is enhanced, and the service life is prolonged.
