Installation structure of pipe culvert
The invention discloses a mounting structure of a pipe culvert. When the installation structure is constructed, firstly, geological investigation is conducted before construction, the seasonal frost heaving amount and the position where the frost heaving difference is large are determined through soil layer parameter information, and high-temperature water vapor prepared by a heating system is introduced into a constant-temperature assembly at the corresponding position through a metal guide pipe installed on a culvert; the severe frost heaving part is heated through the construction method, and damage caused by uneven frost heaving to the severe frost heaving part is prevented. The method is simple, convenient and easy to operate during construction, used energy is clean and recyclable, no pollution and harmful substances are generated in the whole process, and the overall heat preservation performance of the culvert is enhanced.
本申请公开了管涵的安装结构。该安装结构在施工时,首先是在施工前进行地质勘察,通过土层参数信息,确定其季节性冻胀量及冻胀差异性较大的位置,并通过涵洞上安装的金属导管将加热系统制备的高温水蒸气通入相应部位的恒温组件中,通过该施工方法对冻胀严重部位进行加热,防止其因受不均匀冻胀而产生破坏。该方法施工时简便好操作,所用到的能源清洁可循环,全程无污染有害物质产生,增强了涵洞的整体保温性能。
