The invention discloses an installation process of a circular pipe culvert, which comprises the following steps of: 1) manufacturing an arc-shaped cushion block template, and processing and manufacturing; 2) placing a cushion block; 3) transporting the circular pipe culvert to a construction site and then hoisting and placing; and (4) monitoring in real time by a measurer in the mounting process,and moving the cushion block to adjust the position of the circular pipe culvert to be smooth and flush. According to the installation process, the procedure that foundation concrete needs to be poured in advance in the traditional process is omitted, only one-time formwork erecting and base concrete pouring are needed after the circular pipe culvert is installed, half of the construction period is saved, and practice proves that the construction quality is controllable, and all indexes can meet the standard requirements.
本发明公开一种圆管涵的安装工艺，包括以下步骤：1）制作弧形垫块模板，并进行加工制作；2）进行垫块安放；3）圆管涵运输至施工现场后吊装安放；4）安装过程中需测量人员实时监控，移动垫块位置调整圆管涵位置使其平顺齐平。本发明的安装工艺，省去了传统工艺中需要提前浇注基础混凝土的工序，安装完圆管涵只需一次性支模，浇注基座混凝土，节省了一半的工期，且经实践证明，施工质量可控，各项指标均可符合规范要求。
