The invention relates to a steel frame structure system adopting full-bolt side plate connection, side plates parallel to a web plate are pre-welded on two sides of the web plate of a steel beam respectively, bolt holes are pre-formed in the side plates, and the side plates can serve as gusset plates when a steel column is rigidly connected with the steel beam and can also play a role in reinforcing a node area of the steel column; angle steel is pre-welded on two flanges of the steel beam rigid connection end, bolt holes are pre-formed in the angle steel, and the angle steel and the side plates are connected through bolts to achieve rigid connection of beam column joints; gusset plates perpendicular to the side plates are further pre-welded to the side plates of the steel beams, bolt holes are pre-formed in the gusset plates, and the hinged ends of the steel beams and the steel columns are attached to webs of the steel beams through the gusset plates and connected together through bolts. Beam-column joints in the whole steel frame structure system are connected in a full-bolt mode on the construction site, welding operation is not needed on the construction site, the using amount of bolts is reduced by half, and the assembling time is also saved.
本发明涉及一种全螺栓侧板连接的钢框架结构体系,在钢梁的腹板两侧各自预焊有平行于腹板的侧板,并在侧板上预设螺栓孔,该侧板可以充当钢柱与钢梁刚接时的节点板,也可以对钢柱的节点区域起到加强作用;钢梁刚接端的两个翼缘上分别预焊角钢,角钢上预设螺栓孔,角钢与侧板通过螺栓连接实现梁柱节点的刚接;钢梁的侧板上还预焊垂直于侧板的节点板,节点板上预设螺栓孔,钢梁与钢柱的铰接端通过节点板与钢梁的腹板贴合并用螺栓连接在一起。整个钢框架结构体系中的梁柱节点,在施工现场采用全螺栓方式连接,施工现场无需焊接作业,螺栓用量减少了一半,也节省了装配时间。
