Pre-paved waterproof coiled material
The embodiment of the invention discloses a pre-paved waterproof coiled material. The coiled material comprises: a base layer; the first asphalt coating material layer and the second asphalt coating material layer are arranged on the surfaces of the two sides of the tire base layer respectively, and anti-sticking particles adhere to the surface of the second asphalt coating material layer to form an anti-sticking surface; the oil sealing coating is coated on the anti-sticking surface; and the ultraviolet-resistant coating is coated on the surface of the oil sealing coating. According to the coating material and the oil sealing coating disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, due to own properties, the oil sealing coating has the performance of blocking diffusion of organic matters with low polarity or small molecular weight, and light components such as softening oil contained in the asphalt coating material layer can be prevented from migrating to the surface of a pre-paved waterproof coiled material, covering the surfaces of anti-sticking particles or migrating from the bottoms of the anti-sticking particles; therefore, the anti-sticking particles can be prevented from easily falling off and losing efficacy; in addition, the oil sealing coating can effectively avoid the problem of color change of the ultraviolet-resistant coating caused by light component migration.
本申请实施例公开了一种预铺防水卷材。所述卷材包括:胎基层;第一沥青涂盖料层和第二沥青涂盖料层,其分别设于所述胎基层的两侧表面上,其中,所述第二沥青涂盖料层的表面上粘附有防粘颗粒以形成防粘表面;封油涂层,其涂布在所述防粘表面上;耐紫外涂层,其涂布在所述封油涂层的表面上。根据本申请实施例的涂盖料,封油涂层由于本身性质,具有阻隔极性低的或分子量小的有机物扩散的性能,可以阻挡沥青涂盖料层中所含的软化油等轻组分迁移到预铺防水卷材表面,覆盖到防粘颗粒表面或从防粘颗粒底部迁移,从而可以避免防粘颗粒易脱落失效;另外,封油涂层可以有效避免轻组分迁移而造成的耐紫外涂层变色的问题。
