The pre-paved waterproof coiled material comprises a main body waterproof sheet material layer; the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer covers one surface of the main body waterproof sheet layer; the polymer coating layer covers one surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; the optional isolating membrane layer covers one surface of the polymer coating layer; the polymer coating layer is prepared from the following raw materials: acrylic emulsion, lamellar filler and an air entraining agent, and the weight ratio of the acrylic emulsion to the lamellar filler to the air entraining agent is (5-75): (5-70): (0.2-1). The pre-paved waterproof coiled material provided by the invention has relatively good weather resistance, heat resistance and acid and alkali resistance, and can still have good adhesion with post-poured concrete after being exposed and exposed to the sun for more than two months.
