The invention discloses a green grouting material with high chloride ion erosion resistance and a preparation method thereof, relates to durability of grouting materials in wet water areas, and belongs to the field of geotechnical engineering grouting and building materials. The grouting material with high chloride ion erosion resistance mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.15 part of graphene oxide (GO), 400 parts of cement (PO) and 400 parts of an accelerator. The grouting material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 0.15 part of graphene oxide, 400 parts of cement, 100 parts of fly ash, 5-8 parts of the accelerator and 400 parts of water. During use, the components are uniformly mixed and stirred according to the ratio and injected into a target stratum. The grouting material with high chloride ion erosion resistance is used for underground grouting reinforcement and seepage prevention of coastal cities, and can effectively improve the durability of a reinforcement body and prolong the service life of a project.
本发明公开一种高抗氯离子侵蚀的绿色注浆材料及其制备方法,涉及丰水地区注浆材料的耐久性,属于岩土工程注浆与建筑材料领域。高抗氯离子侵蚀注浆材料主要由氧化石墨烯(GO)、水泥(PO)和速凝剂组成,配比按重量份数计为:氧化石墨烯0.15份、水泥400份、粉煤灰100份、速凝剂5~8份以及水400份。使用时按上述配比混合搅拌均匀并注入目标地层。本发明的高抗氯离子侵蚀注浆材料用于滨海城市地下注浆加固与防渗,可有效的提高加固体的耐久性能和工程的服役寿命。
