The invention belongs to the field of solid waste utilization, and particularly relates to unfired ceramsite and a preparation method thereof. The ceramsite structurally comprises a core and a ceramsite outer wall wrapping the outer surface of the core, the ceramsite outer wall is prepared from 10-30 parts of waste mineral aggregate with pH greater than 9, 20-50 parts of gold tailings and 30-50 parts of mineral powder; the waste mineral aggregate with the pH being greater than 9 is one or more of red mud, iron tailing powder, carbide slag and lithium slag. According to the invention, several solid waste materials are mixed, and a sintering-free process is adopted to prepare the ceramsite, so that waste can be turned into wealth, the problem of solid waste accumulation is solved, the production process is environment-friendly, heating is not needed in the whole process, energy is saved, emission of oxides containing carbon and sulfur can be reduced, and secondary pollution to the environment is avoided. The sintering-free ceramsite prepared by the method disclosed by the invention is excellent in performance, can be combined with an existing ceramsite preparation process and the like, and is suitable for preparing ceramsite and pottery sand with large, medium and small particle sizes.
本发明属于固体废弃物利用领域,具体涉及一种免烧陶粒及其制备方法。本发明所述陶粒的结构包括:核心和包裹于所述核心外表面的陶粒外壁;所述陶粒外壁由pH>9的废弃矿料10~30份、黄金尾矿20~50份和矿粉30~50份制备得到;所述pH>9的废弃矿料为赤泥、铁尾矿粉、电石渣和锂渣中的一种或几种。本发明将几种固废材料混合后,采用免烧结的工艺制备陶粒,既可变废为宝解决固废堆积的问题,而且由于生产工艺环保,全程不需要加热,节约能源,可减少含碳硫的氧化物排放,不会对环境造成二次污染。本发明所述方法制备的免烧结陶粒性能优异,可以与现有的陶粒制备等工艺相结合,适用于大、中、小粒径的陶粒和陶砂的制备。
