Method for manufacturing furnace roller bearing protection device of roller hearth type heating furnace by adopting mullite powder
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a roller hearth type heating furnace roller bearing protection device by adopting mullite powder, which comprises the following steps: 1) according to the specific shapes of bearings at two ends of a furnace roller, designing a matched grinding tool, adopting mullite powder and alumina fiber as raw materials, and adding a proper amount of adhesive into the grinding tool to manufacture a fireproof forming structural member with a square outside and a round inside, corresponding screw mounting holes fixed with the metal part of the furnace wall are reserved in the external square structural member; (2) after being machined, the square-outside and round-inside fire-resistant forming structural part is cut into two parts along the middle line, and later installation is facilitated; (3) during construction and installation, welding anchor nails with threads on the metal part of the furnace wall; and (4) the two fireproof forming structural parts are installed at the positions corresponding to the anchor nails on the furnace wall, nuts are screwed into the installation holes reserved in the weather-proof structural parts through lengthened guide rods, and installation is firm. The service life of the furnace roller bearing can be effectively prolonged, the replacement amount is reduced, meanwhile, abrasion of the furnace roller rings is reduced, and the replacement number of the roller rings is reduced.
本发明公开了一种采用莫来石粉制作辊底式加热炉炉辊轴承保护装置的方法,包括:1)根据炉辊两端轴承具体形状,设计适配的磨具,所述磨具采用莫来石粉料以及氧化铝纤维为原料并加入适量的粘合剂制成外方内圆形耐火成型结构件,并且在外部方型结构件上预留相应与炉墙金属部分固定的螺丝安装孔;2)外方内圆形耐火成型结构件加工完成后,沿中线切割成两部分,便于后期安装;3)在施工安装时,在炉墙金属部分焊接带螺纹锚钉;4)分别将两片耐火成型结构件对应炉墙上锚钉位置进行安装,用加长导向杆将螺帽从耐候结构件预留的安装孔拧入,安装牢固。本发明能够有效延长炉辊承使用寿命,减少更换量,同时减少炉辊辊环磨损,降低辊环更换数量。
