The surface of the photocatalyst nanometer material is rich in a large number of hydroxyl groups, the photocatalyst nanometer material and the polyurethane material can form strong hydrogen-bond interaction, and the mechanical property of the material can be further improved. The photocatalyst nano polyurethane runway surface layer material is a two-component system, namely, a prepolymer component A containing-nco functional groups and a to-be-polymerized component B containing hydroxyl and inorganic nano components are stirred according to the weight ratio of (1: 2)-(1: 4) and then evenly laid on a substrate, and under the action of a catalyst, natural curing forming is conducted to form the runway surface layer material.
