The invention provides a turnout switch which comprises a switch rail and a stock rail, the switch rail is arranged in an inner cavity of the stock rail, a connecting table is arranged at the position, on one side of a non-working edge, of the heel end of the switch rail, a limiting groove used for limiting the connecting table is formed in the stock rail, and the connecting table is arranged in the limiting groove and fastened through a fastening assembly; an anti-jumping platform is arranged at the tip end of the switch rail, an anti-jumping rod is arranged above the anti-jumping platform, the anti-jumping rod is arranged on the stock rail, and a gap is reserved between the anti-jumping rod and the anti-jumping platform in the vertical direction. According to the invention, the processing difficulty of the stock rail and the switch rail is effectively reduced, the assembly and maintenance are simple and rapid, and the cost-reducing and efficiency-increasing effects are obvious; vertical limiting is achieved through the anti-jumping rod, no bolt is arranged, the anti-jumping structure is simpler, and later maintenance is avoided. The diagonal plane is arranged on the arc of the working edge of the switch rail within the range of 20 mm from the tip end of the switch rail to the rail head, so that the wheel-rail relation of a small-radius curve is improved, the service life of the switch rail is prolonged, and the driving safety is improved.
本发明提供一种道岔转辙器,包括尖轨和基本轨,尖轨设置于基本轨的内腔中,尖轨的跟端在非工作边一侧设有连接台,所述基本轨上设有用于限位连接台的限位凹槽,所述连接台设置于限位凹槽中并通过紧固组件进行紧固;所述尖轨的尖端设有防跳台,所述防跳台的上方设有防跳杆,所述防跳杆设置于基本轨上,防跳杆与防跳台之间在竖直方向上留有间隙。本发明有效地降低了基本轨和尖轨的加工难度,组装和维护都较为简单快捷,降本增效效果明显;通过防跳杆实现竖向限位,不设螺栓防跳结构更加简单,后期免维护。尖轨的尖端至轨头宽度20mm的范围内,在尖轨工作边圆弧上设有斜切面,改善小半径曲线轮轨关系,延长尖轨服役寿命,增加行车安全性。
