High-volume impervious iron tailing sand concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses high-volume impervious iron tailing sand concrete which comprises cement, silica fume, broken stone, river sand, iron tailing sand, a naphthalene water reducer, polypropylene fibers and water. The invention also provides a preparation method of the high-volume anti-permeability iron tailing sand concrete. The preparation method comprises the following steps: screening and cleaning an iron tailing sand mixed material; sequentially weighing the combinations according to the mass; the cement, the silica fume, the gravel, the river sand, the iron tailing sand, the naphthalene water reducer and the polypropylene fiber are sequentially poured into a stirring machine to be subjected to dry stirring for 0.5-1.5 min; 60% of water is poured into a stirring machine to be stirred for 0.5-1.5 min, then 40% of water is poured into the stirring machine to be stirred for 1.5-4 min, and the water is fully and evenly stirred; the formed final mixture is added into a mold in two times, and after each time of adding, a tamping rod is used for inserting and tamping for 20-25 times; and standing, removing the mold, putting into a curing room, and curing for 28 days under standard conditions. The impervious performance and the durability of the tailing concrete are improved by doping the materials such as the water reducing agent and the polypropylene fiber.
本发明公开了一种大掺量抗渗铁尾矿砂混凝土,包括水泥、硅灰、碎石、河砂、铁尾矿砂、萘系减水剂、聚丙烯纤维、水;还提出了一种大掺量抗渗铁尾矿砂混凝土的制备方法,将铁尾矿砂混合材料筛分清理;将各组合依次按照质量进行称重;将水泥、硅灰、碎石、河砂、铁尾矿砂、奈系减水剂、聚丙烯纤维依次倒在搅拌机内干拌0.5~1.5min;将60%的水倒在搅拌机内搅拌0.5~1.5min,再将40%的水倒在搅拌机内水搅拌1.5~4min,充分拌合均匀;将形成最终混合物分两次加入到模具中,每次加入后用捣棍插捣20到25次;经静置后拆模,放入养护室在标准条件下养护28天。本发明通过掺入减水剂和聚丙烯纤维等材料提高了尾矿混凝土的抗渗性能和耐久性能。
